Ashok Sancheti, Managing Partner
 Ashok qualified as an Indian advocate in 1981 and also as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He completed an LL.M from the University College, London in 1982. Having practised in law for more than twenty years Ashok has acquired substantial experience and expertise in company and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of companies, corporate finance transactions, off-shore trusts, international technology transfers, corporate insolvency and intellectual property matters.
Ashok also supervises commercial litigation and conducts internatinal arbitration and has accepted appointment as an Arbitrator in several complex international arbitration proceedings.
